Currently, Ruined Mnds, LLC is only available to provide U.S Domestic Shipping at this time due to Covid-19.

Fulfillment times

Please be aware that each product has its own average production time listed in the catalog, calculated from the past 30 days. As such, holidays and high volume seasons and delays due to Covid-19 can cause production time to rise. Note that the average time is not always guaranteed.

The fulfillment times for most of our products, including production times and embroidery items, are within the 2–7 business day and/or 4–9 business days timeframe.

Some orders might be delayed because of apparel industry stock and variant issues. We expect any short-term delays to get resolved within 1–2 weeks of delay.

Shipping Rates

Flat shipping rates may vary by weight. Average shipping rates are usually between $4.99-$10.99 (U.S.), but may be subject to change based on an increase/decrease in package/shipment weight.

Mailing Address

Why can't I ship to a PO Box? We suggest using an alternative address such as your business address to ship to instead.

PO boxes typically are not large enough for packages, therefore the package would be shipped back to us and the package would risk being disposed by the carrier if shipped back.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days starting from the date that the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, before returning merchandise, please contact us at info@ruinedmnds.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@ruinedmnds.com. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Please be advised that we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Certain types of items cannot be returned: undergarments, socks (worn and/or removed from original packaging), and items such as facemasks, swimwear & intimates due to COVID 19 safety regulations for (such as bikinis, panties, boyshorts, swimsuits or any other garment as such) which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items that have been altered), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch with Ruined Mnds if you have questions or concerns about your specific item before initiating a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our fulfillment facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable). Refunds & Credits We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, at the merchant's discretion you may either receive a store credit towards an exchange, and/or you’ll be automatically refunded for the purchase amount not including shipping, and amount will be placed back onto your original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note that merchandise that is returned damaged due to personal use or from wearing garments/merchandise (torn, ripped, etc.) may not be subject or eligible for return. Please make sure to check proper measurements and sizing guides before purchasing items to ensure proper fit of all garments when they are delivered to ensure satisfaction of your purchase. Note that some items may run small, so please be sure to check sizing guidelines before purchasing your items.
